A Prefeitura de Mariana iniciou a\u00e7\u00f5es de infraestrutura na rua Jo\u00e3o Batista, em Passagem de Mariana, ap\u00f3s assinatura de Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC) celebrado com a mineradora Vale S. A.. A obra prev\u00ea melhoria nas redes de drenagem pluvial, esgotamento sanit\u00e1rio e \u00e1gua, o valor estimado \u00e9 de R$ 4 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


“Essa obra \u00e9 uma repara\u00e7\u00e3o ao moradores, que tiveram v\u00e1rios transtornos devido ao tr\u00e1fego de ve\u00edculos pesados”, explica o prefeito Celso Cota. Ele ainda explica que o mais importante \u00e9 que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 onerar os cofres p\u00fablicos. “H\u00e1 quase um ano estamos articulando com a Vale essa obriga\u00e7\u00e3o e, com muito di\u00e1logo, conseguimos chegar a um resultado satisfat\u00f3rio”, conclui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao promover manuten\u00e7\u00e3o na linha f\u00e9rrea, caminh\u00f5es da empresa Tecnosonda – que presta servi\u00e7o para a mineradora Vale – provocaram o afundamento da rua Jo\u00e3o Batista. A Prefeitura garantiu manuten\u00e7\u00e3o paliativa, para que a pista n\u00e3o fosse interditada, prejudicando o deslocamento de moradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m das obras, o TAC tamb\u00e9m garante mudan\u00e7a no itiner\u00e1rio dos ve\u00edculos pesados para a rua Dona Maria Ana D’\u00c1ustria e laudo cautelar dos im\u00f3veis localizados nela. A rua Jo\u00e3o Batista est\u00e1 interditada desde segunda-feira (14) e a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de que o tr\u00e2nsito seja normalizado na segunda quinzena de novembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
