Ouro Preto-\u00a0 A Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Cultura realizada neste s\u00e1bado, 21\/10, no Pa\u00e7o da Miseric\u00f3rdia aprovou os encaminhamentos para as Confer\u00eancias Estadual e Nacional, al\u00e9m de fazer recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a gest\u00e3o do setor como a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de secretaria exclusiva para a Cultura. A Confer\u00eancia elegeu os delegados para a Confer\u00eancia Estadual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O prefeito Angelo Oswaldo e a vice-prefeita, Regina Braga, participaram da abertura. O vereador Renato Zoroastro tamb\u00e9m esteve presente, como representante do legislativo ouviu as demandas que precisam ser aprovadas pela C\u00e2mara, como aporte de recursos no Fundo Municipal de Cultura na Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (LOA).Os conferencistas tamb\u00e9m debateram as metas do Plano Decenal da Cultura e a necessidade de sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, que em muitos casos demanda recursos p\u00fablicos e aporte no Fundo Municipal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre os encaminhamentos foram elencados os seguintes pontos: Atendimento das metas do plano referente ao Sistema Municipal de Financiamento da Cultura; Abertura do CNPJ espec\u00edfico do Fundo de Cultura (caso n\u00e3o haja), amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes dos setores da Cultura no Conselho; Amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular; Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de F\u00f3rum permanente para acompanhamento da execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Decenal da Cultura.\u00a0Tamb\u00e9m foi debatida a reforma administrativa, foi proposto que a Cultura seja uma secretaria espec\u00edfica, sem estar ligada ao Turismo ou ao patrim\u00f4nio, o que segundo os participantes tira o foco das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas preconizadas pelo Sistema Nacional de Cultura.<\/span><\/p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
